Client fps with razor/sallos

I just downloaded the client through the download page and installed the Razor that comes up with it and through launching to playing I noticed the low framerate when moving, choppy and noticeable low fps background movement. Tried sallos which gives smooth fps but choppy animations of npcs/mobs.

Am I missing something?

I have an arguably high end pc that can run todays games on ultra.

I cant pach my client with dat patch. I have tried several ways to patch, and tried different versions of fps patch. But still have error.
Can somebody give me a patched client for razor or Steam ?????

I tried to reintstall my UO, try to patch client.... but still have error....

are there any other FPS solutions? or does everyone just deal with the lag?

I dont have lag except for yesterday around the time the server crashed. I have meaning to try this fps thing but currently its not really an issue for me.
