Client crash after 20 seconds

My client is crashing shortly after logging in. I've unistalled and reinstalled using the UOF Launcher and clicked update like a mad man hoping it was an outdated client issue. Still no joy. I can't get far away from the Brit bank without the client crashing. Please help.

Ok it's whenever I tab out of the client. I get the windows spinny circle of death, and a frozen client.

you have the box checked to negotiate with server? also run program as admin.

yes negotiate with server is checked.

Do you have the run in Full Screen mode checked under the in-game options? If so, tabbing out might be why you are crashing.

Steam or Razor?

Razor.

It seems linked to Britain. Took me forever, but I got out of the city and havn't frozen again yet.

I hope someone more knowledgeable with Razor is able to offer some better advise. Britian is where most of the player to player trading occurs, in WBB safe trade area.

some of the razor settings may be messing with it. like reduce cpu or whatever it is.

My experience is Razor is super buggy with recent Window's versions. I think there might be a couple of hotfixes to make it more stable, but I would recommend going with UOSteam or Sallos (UOSteam would be the most similar to Razor and probably the most compatible with most operating systems).
