Is it true that I won't get my full money back if I sell the classic house deed to a NPC? How much will I get back for a classic 7x7 stone and plaster house deed? THanks

take it to one and see what it offers. But it is true, you will not get hardly anything back.

Its like buying anything from an NPC, you buy it at one price and then when you sell it back, about 70%(or more) less is offered.
