Classic House Placement Question

Simple question:

If I place a classic house using the house placement tool (i.e. not deed), and then decide to move remove the house, do I get the full amount back or am I given a deed for that type of house?

No. Classic houses are pennies on the dollar, and micro pennies when you do it through the placement tool

I have the same problem...if i demo the house will gold go back to my account? How much for a classic small?

When you use the placement tool to place classic smalls, you will get a deed back upon demolition. (into your BANK)
If you demo a custom house, the gold goes right back into your bank.
