the Skin is different than any i have seen... but when equip it looks same???

Yeah just go to a weaponsmith at any town and you'll find the alt art longsword for sale.

how do get this weapon with magical properties like i have seen?

i do see these slip onto vendors for weirdly high amounts, so i wonder also

I got it as a drop. Don't remember which but I do have one with magical properties... Not a good one though.

I cannot speak for ones with magical properties. I did not realize those existed. Originally I presumed you had an alt-art longsword which can be obtained from NPC vendor.
