Just had this thought myself earlier, having joined a guild mate on the high seas for the first time ever on uof!
Wondered if there was any legs in the idea that there could be a Champ spawn which required the use of boats, maybe in a secluded bay somewhere or just off a landmass. Could encourage more people to get involved with sea combat, give pirates more action and provide something different for the uof masses?
It would also provide a better market for boats etc
Just a thought, not sure if it has been discussed before or whether it is possible, but thought I would suggest it anyway.
