If you could smelt these down into toxic colored ingots that when used maintains the color and adds random charged attributes such as strength etc on ar or fireball etc on weapons then these might actually have value.

Better yet, the ingots obtained could be used to enhance those properties on existing items. ..

Dev team, nice try with the deco, but theyre already Worthless and have hardly replaced powerscrolls as intended.

Yards, footwear, unique wearables or add ons to mounts/ethies or even the enhance idea above (could drop from spawn mobs instead of boss?) are far better ways to get ppl to spawns and maintain value.
