Cave Houses are broken.. need fix

My cave house is broken... you just get stuck in a black screen and can't get access... this is after updating with the official UOF Launcher... Its been over 2 months now that I've been trying to get staff to fix this, but can't get any kind of response from any GM.. I've tried forums, irc and the new discord chat... no replies.. its getting a bit frustrating of being patient without ever getting a reply.. hence I'm posting here. Can we get this fixed?

They work for me... it's something you haven't patched correctly.

Try and download all of Jamie's sallos patches, even if you aren't using sallos. That's what fixed them for me.

Yeah, you can get them working if you add those.. however, for the rest of the shard they don't work, so until they update the launcher updates, nobody can have access and I can't have a vendor... its pretty much like I have a house on a test shard that nobody can access.. not much fun in that

I feel like it's got to be an issue with the launcher.

I've reinstalled everything a few times, did the same process every time.
first time - couldn't see any special hues
second time - could see hues, but couldn't see my house
third time - could see hues, but couldn't see my house
fourth time - couldn't see any special hues (ended up pulling my hues file out of a backup folder)

I also get maybe 1-2 people every other week telling me they can't see my house (only the contents inside).

There's already fixes for this i'm sure, and i don't expect the staff to look into fixing the launcher... but i do wish they'd put up a sticky for fixes & manual update downloads

I'm guessing this is a patch issue for some reason.
Discord pm me your coordinates and we can look at it
