WTS Castle for sale! (tons of space to resize to 30x30!)

In other news, I'm selling this castle located in the Brit swamps. This sumbitch has a few extra tiles around it to make re-sizing to a 30x30 very easy and we all know castles don't come up for sale often.

Some people hate on the swamp but honestly it's not that bad! Who here sits outside of their house and who the hell would need to sit outside their house when you have a house as big as a castle or 30x30!?

That being said, I understand that the swamp is not the most desirable location around here which is why the s/b is low... Grass castles have been listed north of 15m since the 30x30 came out but this bad boy is priced to move!

It can move forward a couple of spaces and left/right 1 space I believe.
As fas as I could tell there is nothing in the CY to mess up placement for a 30x30.

@Cash is King Have you tried to place a 30x30? Would definitely be a stronger selling point if confirmed.

Doesn't appear that it can move left/right at all, but it shouldn't be necessary if it's got a clear courtyard... just clearing it up for anyone that may be interested. Good price if you don't mind the swamp.

I had 3 custom plots with only a tile or two between them holding this placement spot for a month before i dropped the castle so there's definitely nothing on the ground blocking a custom vs. a classic. The custom plots I had there were definitely over most of the area where the courtyard is. There is definitely nothing in the courtyard that would block 30x30 and if you're interested send me a pm on IRC and i'll gate you in no problem to scope it out yourself. No shenanigans here.

The plot has a few tiles on the south side and since it's 1 tile less than a castle, has 1 tile of place east-west... so i guess not tons of tiles but there's room and it will be easy to drop it for sure.
