Can't redeed Christmas Tree

Was just wondering if anyone found a way to redeed, move, or even remove their Christmas trees.
Will they just decay after the holidays are over? What if they aren't used, will the ticket still decay?

And what about the tree you can get from the gift certificate, are you able to redeed those?

yea for some odd reason only the person who placed the deed can remove it too i could not move my alt/coowners tree with the house owner.....
