Can't Get Sallos To Run

After unsuccessful attempts to run Sallos, here's what I did:

1. Freshly installed the newest client from uo.com. Patched fully.
2. Downloaded UOF Launcher and let it run updates.
3. Downloaded both Sallos and Razor through the UOF launcher.

Razor works like a dream, no problem there. However, when I try to run Sallos, I get this error message:

I dug around the forums right after posting this, and all I had to do was run Sallos as administrator.


*Edit: important to note that I cannot run Sallos using the UOF launcher at all. I have to click run as admin on the Sallos launcher itself. This isn't a big deal because there's no multiclienting with Sallos anyway.
