Can't find Ring/Candle of Forgiveness

The update says these are live yesterday on the gold sink vendor, but I can't find them. I assume this means the lady in white all the way to left of WBB?

For some reason my character never started with young status and I've been itching to get these ever since.

They were given out as a reward for a 2 (3?) day server reset some weeks ago. This will be the first time they are buyable/attainable by youngs. I havent checked the vendor yet, but it will be nice to have for one of my two extra character slots that didnt get one.

You are right on which vendor to buy from. Maybe they just havent gone live yet.
