Cant buy from vendors

so i have an annoying bug on 2 of my characters. I can't get the 'BUY' gump to show for player vendors.

Anyone know what causes this? Tried restarting client. nothing. checked my razor settings, cant find a thing. no clue what to do!

mb u turned on buy-agent?

it was the context menu in UO! Had to hold shift. weird. not sure how it got set
