Cannot Force Game Window

While trying to help someone fix an issue - I stupidly tried to replicate it, and now I'm stuck with a 800x600 game play window.

Fully patched, UO Version 7.0.60.47 - I'm unable to force the game window size to 1000x800. This is true in both Razor and UOS.
- The in game play window size is set to 800x600.
- I have tried to close UO/Client out fully, and restarting


Anyone have any suggestions?
Is it possible to DL/use an older patch version?

*** Resolved ***

Uninstalled both UOS and UO, reinstalled for UOF launcher, and reinstalled Steam. All is right with the world.
