Can We PLEASE Fix Sallos?

So i cant even run half the time and i see people on steam/razor running circles around me. Not sure what u guys are doing but its affecting Sallos in significant ways. Its almost unplayable to chase someone down as your surly to hit insane lag spikes that freeze us for nearly 60 seconds at a time.

Sallos witch hunt here we go. Yeah, I don't care if they disable smart pot. Although there's the same macro available for uosteam. You might be able to google it if you don't know how to make macros by yourself.
