Can no longer log-in to UO "Check your internet connection. Try again."??

Hello! Hope you all are having a great day.
I got bumped off UO and tried to log back in. This is the message I received, "Please check your internet connection. Try again."
I tried for a few days to Log in. I finally un-installed and reinstalled the program.
Now I am getting a Code to share. O831U5RXFU0SB09.
I am getting the same message again. "Please check your internet connection. Try again."

Can anyone assist? Thank you in advance!
