It's a bid/ask spread. The current ASKING price is 160k per 1k. If someone is looking to go buy dono coins from anyone at all, right at this moment, they will pay 160k.
This post is a BID. If someone has dono coins to offload, and they want to offload them RIGHT NOW, they can sell them to this guy. If someone comes along with a "buying all dono coins at 140k" post, then the bid is up to 140k until all those orders are filled, then the bid will come back down to 125k per 1k unless someone esle steps in.
Having patience means you can get things for cheaper and sell them for more.
