Should be marked *safe zone* in that dungeons runebook. Hit the ground floor Gankware vendor gate from WBB... It's north of the lycaeum on verity island if you know where that is,

the "safe spot" rune is for level one and is entirely accessible without a rune still, unless I am blind you do not have a rune to the back of the central room on lvl 2.
