Naw. I have 3 of the 20. And only like 6-7 individual players got them. (All of us just spread the chests among diff chars' banks as it was stated that was how the rewards would be given).
But again, as per your question, no, my expectations won't be lowered. 500 is what it's worth for me to give one up. I'm sure you'll find someone to sell for less.

I'll post one later. It's nothing special colour-wise. Simply a named tricorne hat like the warming up hat, except not blood red.
