750k is going to be the lowest of the low end 18x18's at this point. Think: Swamp with insane spawn and tons of d-bag neighbors. Better off farming another 250k and trying to get one on grass.

i got an 18x17 max storage very nice location, no blockage & waterfront , more than 850k tho.
