BS BOD not working

Maybe i'm doing something wrong but when i click on the vendor i only have "Bulk order info". it tells me that i can get an order now. But my options in the menu never change to Get order. Any help would be great.

sell items to vendor 1 at a time till you get the bod... Sometimes its 1 item sometimes its like 20... sucks sometimes
