Why? I mean I can attest that the BODS just dont get handed out by npcs and shit, but why would the dev team not include anything higher than gold ruinics? How much more powerful could they be than the hundreds of power/vanq weapons that drop daily?

ohh, it's not whether you can get them or not. The devs didn't prevent people from getting them. It's just no one has filled out the bods to get them yet. I mentioned the GMs cause they can keep track of who has what.
