I am the master of finding house plots! But to answer your question I tried but it isn't possible to make it a custom, unfortunately. There are only enough tiles in front of the rear house to allow for a classic 7x7. Only the classics would allow for the front steps to be where they were due to the placement rules.

A small stone/marble workshop should fit.
