i think the raffle house was taken back due to inactivity and then just left a empty lot, or the winner of raffle didnt realize it was ageless and since house market is bad, he dropped house to place another.... no matter, i thought this spot was the raffle house now im sure of it lol

Really? But it's ageless... Isn't that the reason ppl donated with real money to get into the raffle?? Sometimes, ppl have RL and can't play PC game for certain period of time, e.g. Army deployment... Wow... If it's true, then I find it a bit harsh.
