Mostly because I am building a gargoyle galleon at the moment and if you're about to release a bigger one I don't want to waste the materials on a garg ship.

They are adding a sea champ first which I'm guessing means either the reciepe scroll will drop from OR there are new boat parts that will come from this champ.
