Bowcraft/Lumberjacking

So you can't bowcraft the better woods unless your lumberjacking is high enough to use that wood? If so, what skill do you need to craft the frost wood?

Crafting with the new woods is related only to fletching skill. My gm fletcher is able to craft with any coloured wood.

Farming the wood is related to you lumberjack skill and I can confirm that you can get all woods other than frostwood at 115.

So the fletcher doesn't have to have lumberjacking at all to craft the colored bows, correct?
