Booty Silver Serpent - Violated the rules?

would be nice to hear smth from staff itself.
Is it legal to lock silver serpent inside boat and just sail away ?

I support this opinion.
Today i spent 5 hours to find a serpent, and cant find even corpse..
I think this is not legal!

anytime i see this i remove them or kill them or move them towards the player.
We really haven't punished because it hasn't been too much of a hassle.

If this becoming a huge issue, then yeah for sure there will be jailing etc. Usually the people doing it just haven't read the rules. Once they know them they don't do it again. Feel free to page in if you see them.

for new players i think its a problem

need recall on spot, try find snake, should wait for the successful killing snake ... etc
some even try to find a snake on the whole island )

while other players, intentionally hide\block it in houses+boats breaking server rules
Can there is an opportunity? write macros on snake teleport - into her spot if snake located in player house\boat\not own zone more than 3,4,5 hour ?

This is defiantly a problem as almost every time i go to the silver serpent spawn there is either no players or silver serpents, or the same player is there killing them. He usually attempts to kill me and after i kill him several times along with the serpent, the serpent disappears. I have seen on tracking several times the serpent is pulled off and after that happens it doesn't spawn again. I have waited for over an hour several times and its still never spawned.

I heard a story that, one tamer after much suffering, almost tamed swampy,
but these guys are masters of swamp island )
Managed to finish it off,, There were more tears
