BOD Runner Question

I have a few BOD runners. One is at 120, while the others are at 100. I was always told that at 100, you get access to pull all BODs, except for a few of the larges. Does anyone know the official answer, or have more detailed data?

You'll get more LBODs at 120 skill. Could be junk LBODs like 20/15/10 weapons, but still more. You'll not get non-exceptional BODs with 120 skill, except for the LBODs. At 100, you can acquire all possible BODs and LBODs.

make a runner for tailoring at 81 skill, you get more feet bods it’s crazy.
