It's an item from yhe bard starter pack bought with dono coins. 10000 uses i believe. The whole pack was 6000 coins but came with armour and such...

How many charges do exceptional crafted ones have? (I didn't actually know... just have a few random instruments incase they get stolen/broke ) but the blessed one has 10k starting charges.... but yeah after that it will break like any other.
Just the nice bonus of blessed...so many times i could probably avoid corpse loot/dying if i could provo while running to my corpse

So I tried arms lore and used item id wand on it, Doesn't show or indicate any charge on it.
