i deposit black pearl and it just goes missing, all other regs work but black pearl just disappears.

Black Pearl is difficult to see against such a dark background as your Bank Box - I'd try clearing up some space by putting the items you have floating around in there into a single bag, and making another search - it ought to show up.
If all else fails you could make a restock agent in Razor to restock Black Pearl, hit the run restock agent button and click yourself while you're at the Bank with your box open. If it is in there it will pull the amount out you have specified in your Agent.
