Black Outo Map

Hi guys,

I've installed auto-map and I think I've done everything right. UOAM actually works but the maps are black. I read of someone having the same issue. I followed his suggestions, so I downloaded the maps, placed them in the UO folder and then made sure UOAM looked for them in the right folder, but still nothing. Don't know what else to do!!

Hmm try running uoam in administrator if you haven't done that already. Here is a screenshot of my uoam folder. Does yours look the same as mine?

Yes. What do you have under: Map --> UO Client data files location ?

I'm not sure what you mean. I don't have a map folder in my UO directory.

If you open UOAM, there is the Map tab (on top). If you click it you get a drop-down menu. One of the options is "UO Client data files location". If you click it you can edit the directory for the client. What do you have there?

Nevermind, I managed. I think the issue was caused by the fact that my version of UOAM was, for some reasons, not compatible with UOF. I've installed the beta (v.9) and it seems to work.
