I see the problem with a blackjack table is that they would be creating gold in the economy, where as right now the poke table just moves the gold around to different players

Trust me, the BJ table will be taking gold away. Casinos don't add as many BJ tables as the can possibly hold because people make money off of them.

Black jack is ~48% winrate if you play perfectly.. It is never going to add gold to the economy long term. It just isn't going to take out very much.
