Black Dye Tub: "Cannot dye that"

Black dye tubs don't seem to work on any clothing items. Been trying the ones locked down in various vendor homes. Bug?

Dye kegs? Back in my day you had to have taste ID to know what was in a keg before you used it. Consider yourself lucky.

That didn't work back in the day son. It would still say "a keg of yellow liquid". You had to drink one to know what it was or have it ID'd. SMH
