well, you are the owner of it, so did a mob drop it? old steal rare? it might also be a server birth rare which there is a few on here from what i have seen/been told. but more info from the owner always helps

could be but at the same time friend got those rare feathers off a mob that has nothing to do with feathers.

We have seen it before... we knew of 1 person who knew of the spawn location but it wasn't shared with us.
