WTB BigRock - Sell me the ageless 30x30 please

As many of you can tell just by looking at me, I am the richest player on the UO:Forever server by far.

I hope our friend BigRock is a forum user so that he may see this post, and know that he will not recieve a bigger offer on the plot than the one I am willing to make.

However if this does not happen, hopefully someone who sees him in game will ensure he asks for steps along the entire east side of the plot, for when I buy it off whoever sees him first.

Lets face it, giving away an ageless plot to random users is risky. The owner could make the ugliest house in the world and then quit, leaving us all to stare at it with mixed feelings for all eternity.

My intention is to turn this plot into the most beautiful house the server has ever known. Not suggesting that it will top the santa house, because it wont. But it will be pretty darn epic.

So please, go now, faithful friends all, and seek out BigRock and get him to PM me straight away.

Might as well get this out of the way... What are you offering? Lets just get this bidding war between the two of us out of the way now so I can relax watching football later.
