Windering if anyone ever used the scribe bonus w protection or RA to make a plate wearing double healing buffed tank?

what template are you suggesting? i cant conceive of one with enough skill points to do this

Yeah what Karl said except mace with 100 40 85 stats. 40 mana allows for 7th circle spells and provides more mana for keeping up buffs. You want 100 str on any dexxor to get the str bonus for extra damage. And finally, you probably won't use protection very often as magic reflect and RA are your best friends with scribe (at least on a dexxor). Full plate is ******** to use as it sucks too much dexerity away. Try the Gankwear GM dex suits that are -5 but provide high AR. They use chain legs, ringmail arms ,ringmail gloves, barbed gorget, and plate chest. Then you just add your favorite magic helm.
