this amazing 11x10 house is placed directly in front of a mining cave, and there's a forge inside the cave!
the house is directly north of Minoc, probably about a 15 or 20 second run from town
there are mountains in every direction to mine from, but the cave is right on the doorsteps
I don't think you could find a better mining location, but I have not tested what kind of nearby veins there might be
there is zero spawn, so a perfect spot to mine all day long in peace and quiet
