That looks like a tub dye. Its certainly not gold and the fact hes being vague about it says enough.

There seems to be 5 colors per tier now.

I think we have 3 new colors confirmed, this yellow (tier 3), ice white (tier 4) and the purple I posted in my thread (tier 2). Logically, there would be a new color per tier... and I think all 4 colors of tier 4 are still there, in addition to the new one, for a total of 5 colors, which leads to thinking there are 5 colors per tier.
