I thought that u could use arms lore with tailoring to give a bonus to armor. is that not the case? I thought it gave a lil bonus for every 20%

Arms lore gives other bonuses- offensive to hit bonuses, though I am not 100% on this. Tailoring bonuses- negative.

arms lore can improve accuracy if you have a zerker or defensive talisman (unsure about rogue). arms lore does not impact combat otherwise
