I don't believe there are any on UOF. On OSI there were Satyrs that would do it (http://www.uoguide.com/Satyr_Trick).

Satyrs used to be on ice 3 but they removed them. Probably cause you can exploit then for skill gain.

Paralytic venom acts like discord. It is a relic exclusive to meta steeds. Very effective ability.
