Are Rune Books Blessed?

Just what the title says... are Rune Books Blessed? i'm about to lose young status, wondering if i should worry about keeping my rune book on me or not, and how the hell am i supposed to recall to the bank or my house if i die in a dungeon and run out to get rezed... wont have any regs at that point, so how would i get home?

Keep recall scrolls in your runebook or just walk
