What is the best build for archery and stealth? What type of bow?

Well. You'd have to have these skills:

Archery/Tactics/Anatomy/Hiding/Stealth

Then, your last two are optional, but I would advise healing and magic resist.

For your 2 other skills, I'd suggest either Music+Provo, Healing+Resist or Magery+Resist, depending on what you want to do with that toon exactly.

It depends on what your goal for your character is. The 5 basic must haves then the 2 bonus are what really define your role.

Your best weapon is also dependent on your goal. If you were in A$$ for instance, and were Stealth PKing with a large group, Supremely Accurate Heavy X Bow is a good option. If you were to hunt with a small group of 3 or less I would suggest Vanq. Bows. Although when you hunt in a large A$$ group, Heavy X Bow or Bow its totally up to you but you want Supremely Accurate Vanquishing obviously.
