Glad you posted this, I too had a Fletching skill scroll drop from a Lich, and it looks exactly as yours does, light green/blue hue and looks more like a spell scroll than a skill scroll. I was wondering if the appearance of the scrolls themselves have been changed by the devs?
I already have 2 Fletching skill scrolls and they are green, this wont stack with them and is a separate item despite being a Fletching scroll

His pic is almost as good as a screen shot, good enough to get an idea of the scrolls look anyway. Does anyone know anything about these new look scrolls though?

There's a post from Adam with all the new patch stuff and new scrolls rarity and price no idea I know it's not much but might get ya in the right direction

Thank you and yes sorry about image quality I took pic of monitor. Now I know it's just a new item not worth much..archery can be raised quickly without help.

Archery is the hardest weapon skill to gm so dont sell it to low, i would say start at 10k go from there.
