Anyone have a clue as to why I cannot use this 120 mining?

The character used a 5, 10 and 15. The arrow is obviously pointing down and the mining arrow is up.

"you must be at the skill cap to use this" - are you at 720 show real?

Shouldn't need to be, he should only need to be at 715 total and his arrows appear to all be pointing in the proper directions. Has free skill points.

This should be the bump he needs to get to 720 skill cap and shouldn't even need to eat into his Arms Lore to do so.

Odd. I'd page in-game for sure.

put hiding down. and then try again.

I figured out what it was. Pretty odd too. I had the mining gloves on. They dont show as adding skill at all but somehow fucked it all up. Once I took them off I was able to click the scroll.
