any way to stop the rubber band effect?

anyone know a way? ive got about 300 ping and the worst is when you get paralyzed or u cast and try to move the screen kinda freezes. also pretty bad when mobs hit you and such, but is there anyway to stop it? like say when you are paralzyed instead of being able to move and rubberbanding you just dont move altoghered

Before that, try going into razor under options and UNCHECK " smart CPU reduction" Helped me alot.
