I'm looking for some really good house vendors to buy lots of supplies from? Where do people usually go to buy tons of supplies relatively safe all at one time?

there's tons of active vendor houses outside the Yew Bank.

aside from Yew, my favorites are:

Shop right outside Minoc Moongate.
and the ETC shop, there's usually always a gate being opened to this place at WBB

Maybe if you PVP and PK people other than lonely afk bards who are training at the provo table - u would get better loot and wouldnt have to buy anything.

Define "safe". Some of my favorite marks are found at the "safe" vendors. [emoji6]

Muddy Boots & Bloody Swords is a new vendor shop. (Open less than a week)
I do not gate but i do drop runes. Shop is doing well.
Vendors are on my second floor roof. I added a teleport to the second floor
and will friend VIP customers to that area. (safe shopping)
If anyone else would like assess.
