Maybe before they enforced account sharing like they do now.

Before was nothing, now there is a chance of punishment. Which may make some people hesitate where in past years battles weeks they wouldn't have. Things are moving in the right direction it seems.

Staff is very busy but They do a great job and make our experience the best they possiblely can.
