This is a very good offer as if the ank is 250k and the deed is actually only around 185k (or 1k plat)

The deed is (or was?) 250k on the gold sink, unless that changed. I've gotten 1 ankh from a mob, and bought another for 200k when they were brand new, and that was from a pricey vendor. Good luck with the sale. If you dropped to 350k - 400k I'd bid.
