Seeing as 120 blacksmith gives you 2.5% for a slayer would using a ASH increase that %?

Other then that are these things basically useless?

Damn, i hadn't thought about that. Very good question - if so, i think it gives great value to those items (more than just using 'em on filling out BODs)

I sincerely doubt it. Pretty sure that's a flat % but I could easily be wrong.
