Alternatives to bard table for GM provo

Hhaha! I'm GM provo since long time ago

Thing is that I've started a new toon that I want to GM provo on and now I've realised that this rotting dude in Vesper GY is gone and wonder why.

im not sure if its been removed or if it shares a spawn point with another mob sometimes it seems to be there other times i don't see it for days idk..

I'm simply not a fan of afk macroing. Odds are if you're at the bard table and say something when I roll up, I'll let you live. But I will always kill every afk macroer I see.
